Molton Brown

This week I attended my first event organised by Edinburgh Bloggers at the Molton Brown store on George Street; a highend shopping strip in Edinburgh city centre. What better end to a wet Wednesday than to gather together with a glass of prosecco in hand to have a casual wander around the store, a close-up sneak-peak of some of the Christmas range and chat to other bloggers within Edinburgh. We were also treated to a relaxing hand/arm massage to ease away the stresses of the working week. Yes please!

There goes Claire is now 4 months old, happy birthday little blog! At times it can be challenging, but this has truly been a wonderful journey so far. I look forward to more Edinburgh based events and getting the chance to find my fit in the local community that is already flourishing in Scotland.

I love that we live in city so jam packed with creative minds and it is fun to share in what other people are doing. The beauty is that no two blogs are the same. Each have different focuses and niches and it is great to see people excel in what they do best. Having a community established in your city is a fantastic way to connect with like-minded friends and it acts as the perfect forum to share skills, tricks and tips to help us all do what we do a little better.

As the night drew to a close, we left the store with a little winter warming gift bag to try the Pink Pepperpod and Black Peppercorn body washes. Thanks for the warm welcome Molton Brown!

Products I have my eye on already for AW15 are the impossibly cute Festive Shower Baubles, the Rhubarb and Rose Hand Lotion and the nourishing and luxurious White Truffle Hand Treatment that smells delicious and may just help get my paws through the cold snap.

PS- My outfit for the evening was 80% scarf. OK, so I am gettin' into the season...
